Our Vision & Mission

Our Vision:  Seeing the whole world come to Christ

Our Mission:  is to share the good news of God's salvation with everybody, everywhere.

Our Focus will be:
RESCUE from darkness to light
RESTORATION from brokenness to victory
RECOVERY of that which was lost


Our intentionality in living for God can be summed up in the following motto:
"Climbing UPWARD, Reaching OUTWARD, and Searching INWARD"

Here at summit, we stress the Five Purposes of the church as outlined in Acts 2:42-46.  They are:
• Discipleship
• Fellowship
• Ministry
• Worship
• Evangelism


Establishing a strong relationship with God involves the necessary elements of DISCIPLESHIP and WORSHIP . Through discipleship, believers grow spiritually and are equipped to take their places of ministry in the Body of Christ. Through worship, believers commune with the Lord in a personal and dynamic expression of praise & worship.

Establishing strong relationships with one another involves the vital element of FELLOWSHIP, whereby the saints encourage and sharpen one another, MINISTERING to one another through purposeful gatherings.

Establishing strong relationships with the world involves building bridges of trust whereby we can bring the good news through EVANGELISM and personal lifestyle.

Acts 2:42-47
And they continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, in the breaking of bread, and in prayers. 43 Then fear came upon every soul, and many wonders and signs were done through the apostles. 44 Now all who believed were together, and had all things in common, 45 and sold their possessions and goods, and divided them among all, as anyone had need.

46 So continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart, 47 praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily those who were being saved.
